La Serenissima (Venice)
The red “X” marks the Piazza di San Marco; the red “C.S.” marks the entrance to the cruise ship docks
up in the industrial area. We caught vaporetti (water buses) down to the Piazaa, and
then around Venice. The broad canal through Venice it (what else?) the Grand Canal.
